Excellent manner, very professional but at the same time he seemed friendly and approachable. At initial examination fully explained what was wrong with my knee and what needed to be done. Pre op put me at my ease. The operation appears to have been a complete success and the scar is very neat. It's great to be seen at Stamford Hospital and I was impressed that all appointments with Mr Clifton were on time.

I had both me knees replaced by Mr Clifton, and throughout the process, had 100% confidence in his expertise, knowledge are customer care. I think the fact that I had both knees replaced within 2 years, shows that I totally trusted him, and after the first operation, was happy to return and have my other one done! Mr Clifton was always polite and kept me informed at all times, both pre and post operation, and his staff always acted in the same professional manner. I would fully recommend him and his staff for similar operations.

Following a motorcycle injury, Mr clifton and his secretary were fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. Now 9 months on I have been discharged and back to pre injury condition, with a fixed knee! Thank you again for your time and a hastle free experience.
